What we do
The Wauwatosa Municipal Court handles ordinance violations and civil matters, rather than criminal cases. Our primary role is to administer justice and ensure accountability when individuals are found in violation of local ordinances. Cases are decided by a judge, without the involvement of a jury. If you wish to appeal a judge’s decision, it will be heard by the Milwaukee County Circuit Court.
