A temporary sidewalk sale permit may be issued to any merchant who abuts the city street for the purpose of carrying on a temporary sale on the sidewalk abutting such place of business.
How to Apply
Applications must be completed and returned to the City Clerk’s office. (Municipal Code Chapter 6.50.090). The permit is limited to a five-day period and cannot interfere with the public use of the sidewalk.
