How to Apply

The standard permit fee is $150, and $75 per inspection. Additional fees may be required based on the scope of work. A refundable street deposit may be required based on the scope of work.
You will receive all permit fees and invoices through the self-service portal. Pay by credit card, in person, or through the mail.
